For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If You wish to terminate these Terms and Conditions, You may discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by the laws of the Country Canada.
You and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Country Canada.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, You are no longer authorized to use the Service.
Client Approval and Revisions: The client must approve all materials before project finalization and submission. Furthermore, the client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed (please read about project timeline and time frame for revisions). Our fixed-rate projects include 2 full rounds of revisions for changes to the design and content provided on the first draft. Client is responsible to provide feedback on the first draft provided by Waltsco in form of comments or markups on the pdf with the mockup and/or video recording is also accepted (you can use loom or vimeo). The client should collect all the comments to generate a final work version in two rounds. A third round with small tweaks such as a change in a word inside or outside an image, spelling errors, or content outside images will be allowed without any additional charge. If, after the second round of revisions, the client provides feedback or requires structural changes in the design that requires additional design work, this will count as additional revisions, and it will be charged an hourly rate until the project is completed. Hourly Rate: $150/h
Time frame for revisions and edits: our team dedicates two working sessions of edits for every content generated. Our revisions days are Monday and Friday. Every revision request received on a Friday will be completed the Next Monday. Similarly, edits requests received within the week, will be handled by our team the next Friday.
Project timeline: upon submission of the first draft, the client should provide feedback for content approval or edits request. The time frame for the reception of the revisions is two weeks. We’ll follow up with the client every other day. If we don’t receive any news from the client, the project will automatically be set on hold by the agency, and the client should pay a project reactivation fee of $350 to complete any project outside its timeline. If the client has an emergency or special situation that prevents them from providing proper feedback on time, it should be notified to our team as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between You and Waltsco regarding Your use of the Service. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these terms. If You do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
